Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. VOTE; Unanimous, =o. Selectman Leveille absent. Moto on made by Selectman Taylor to schedule a disciplinary/suspension hearing on Jade Restaurant for non- compliance with the Building Inspector and Fire Inspection. Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. VOTE: Unanimous, ;o. Selectman Reveille absent. Motion made by Selectman Taylor to schedule a disciplinary/suspension hearing on Finally Dino's.for non-compliance with the Fire Inspection of the 1 l shpee Tire Department. Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters, VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Selectman Reveille absent. NEWBUSINESS: Sunday LiquorSales: Selectman Reveille stepped down from the above referenced topic of discussion. On November 2 , Zoo , Chapter 141 of the Acts of 2003,An Act Relative to Investments in Emerging Technologies to Promote Job Creation, Economic Stability and Competitiveness in the Massachusetts Economy ("the Act") was approved in part) by the Governor.
