Ms. Stone also announced that the Record of <br /> Decision was issued on September 18 and land was placed in trust in November. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> No new business at this time <br /> EDUCATION/MARKETING <br /> The Chair indicated that the Cape Cod Times had reported about affordable housing being developed on the <br /> outer Cape and that residents were expressing concerns about increased traffic. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> The Chair reminded members about submitting receipt of the Conflict of Interest policy. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Johnson announced that the building of the Quinaquissett and Orchard Road Habitat homes were expected <br /> to begin in the fall. The Chair stated that the projects had gone before the ZBA for relief of some conditions but <br /> all requirements were met. Mr. Johnson stated that over 100 homes had been built on Cape Cod by Habitat for <br /> Humanity. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, March 8 at 5:30 p.m. due to the Primary Elections being held on <br /> March 1. <br /> Ms. Stone made a motion to adjourn.
