Ernie Virgilio <br /> seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes as written. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Ms. Dami opened the discussion of a Stipend for a Constable during the eleven days <br /> of Early Voting for the Presidential Election, 11-8-2016. The Constable would <br /> oversee the close of voting at the end of the day. <br /> The rate would be $28.50 per day which is the same rate paid when services are <br /> needed for other election postings. Therefore a total cost of$313.50 for all Early <br /> Voting days. <br /> Ms. Dami spoke of developing a policy to put a Constable in place for all future <br /> elections since Early Voting will continue in 2018 and moving forward. Ms. Regan <br /> agreed to the creation of a policy for a Constable Stipend and use during Early <br /> Voting. <br /> Motion was made by Mr. Virgilio to vote on a Stipend for a Constable, Ms. Regan <br /> seconded the motion. It was a unanimous vote. <br /> 2. Discussion of the first time for Early Voting. Ms. Dami went over set-up in the Town <br /> Hall Conference Room on Friday October 21, 2016, dates of Early Voting begimling <br /> on Monday October 24, 2016 till November 4, 2016, excluding Sunday October 30, <br /> 2016. In addition, also offered Early Voting on Saturday and both Tuesdays till 7 <br /> o'clock. Ms. Dami discussed procedures for Voters at check-in and out, every Early <br /> Voter will have their name crossed off in green marker in all election books. Election <br />
