Mashpee Hazard Mitigation Plan <br /> Discussion to complete plan <br /> Representative — Chloe Schaefer <br /> Chloe Schaefer, Community Design Planner, Cape Cod Commission, said she was here to go over <br /> the Mashpee Hazard Mitigation Plan draft. Chloe distributed copies of the following materials and <br /> said she would forward these materials to Wayne Taylor. <br /> Natural Hazard/Capability Explanation/Responsible Department document <br /> This was reviewed and Responsible Department under Fire Hazard category was amended to add <br /> Board of Selectmen and to delete building commissioner. <br /> Public SurveV for the Mashpee Hazard Mitigation Plan <br /> The public survey was briefly reviewed. <br /> Stated Miti ation Goals <br /> The stated goals list was amended to include all goals that are listed under Potential Goals. Also <br /> Item 3 under Potential Goals "commuting" character was corrected to read "community" character. <br /> Mashpee Hazard Mitigation Plan Draft <br /> The draft Plan was reviewed and Priority category was updated for each Action Item to show priority <br /> as „high", "medium", glow", "completed", or "deleted". <br /> Action Items: <br /> 1. Chloe Schaefer is to send Jack Phelan a copy of the Barnstable County Emergency <br /> Evacuation Plan. <br /> 2. Chloe said she hopes to redraft the Mashpee Plan and send to Plan Review by the end of <br /> April. Then Chloe said the Plan would go to the Mashpee Board of Selectmen---hopefully by <br /> early June. <br /> 3. Chloe said June 30th is the deadline for submission of the finalized Plan. <br /> Adjournment... <br /> John Phelan motioned the meeting be adjourned; Scott Carline seconded the motion; and it was <br /> unanimously passed.
