4 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> March 25, 2016 <br /> Review of CPA Projects Pro osed for Mgy 2016 Town Meeting; <br /> Tom Fudala,the Town Planner was in attendance to review proposed language <br /> amendments to the explanations of Special Town Meeting Article#9 and Article #11 <br /> with members of the Community Preservation Committee. <br /> Article #9 is proposed to fund the acquisition of the Littleford Moniz Jordan property. <br /> Mr. Fudala recommended the wording: situated in a recharge area serving as a potential <br /> Town well site be amended in the explanation with the phrase"situated in the recharge <br /> area of the Water District's Belcher well." <br /> Mr. Fudala also recommended the wording of Article#11 be amended to add at the start <br /> of the explanation to read: "The first phase of." <br /> The clarification of the referenced explanations to the articles were explained by the <br /> Town Planner and unanimously supported by the Community Preservation Committee. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Approval and Ratification of Invoice(s) for Payment: <br /> John's Pond Improvement Project- $39,422.37 <br /> Community Park- $1 0203 <br /> Archives Document Restoration- $195.72 <br /> Habitat for Humanity-$15,488.50(Orchard $2,982.50/Quinaquisset$12,506) <br /> Great River Boat Ramp- $2,336.25 <br /> Great River Boat Ramp - $1,260 <br /> Santuit Pond Preserve - $12,583.37 <br /> Santuit Pond Preserve - $14,425.41 <br /> Motion made by Mrs.Buschenfeldt to approve and ratify the above referenced <br /> invoices for payment. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr.Halpern,yes Mrs.Buschenfeldt,yes Mr. Lord,yes <br /> Mr. Shaw,yes Mrs.Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br />
