4 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> July 14,2016 <br /> Review of Articles proposed for the October 2016 Town Meeting Warrant: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to accept and recommend to the October 2016 Town Meeting, <br /> the application from Habitat for Humanity in the amount of$30,000 to assist in the <br /> continued construction of 108 Orchard Road and 132 Quinaquisset Avenue. Funding shall <br /> derive from the 10% Affordable Housing Reserves for this project. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Halpern,yes Mrs. Buschenfeldt,yes Mr.Larkin,yes <br /> Mr.Lord,yes Ms. Waygan,yes Mrs. Sherman,yes <br /> Opposed,none <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Waygan to accept and recommend to the October 2016 Town <br /> Meeting,the application from Habitat for Humanity in the amount of$10,000 to assist in <br /> the installation of solar panels at 108 Orchard Road and 132 Quinaquisset Avenue. <br /> Funding shall derive from the 10% Affordable Housing Reserves for this project. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Buschenfeldt. <br /> VOTE: 3-3.
