Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> ACTIVITY COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> No Activity Coordinator Report <br /> Old Business <br /> New Business <br /> Chairman Cornelssen suggested establishing adhoc committees made up of Council on <br /> Aging members. Following a discussion,the Chair stated between now and the next <br /> meeting, he will work with the Director and lay out what would be appropriate in terms <br /> of adhoc committees and he would write a mission statement for each ad hoc committee <br /> and discuss at our September meeting. <br /> Massachusetts Councils on Aging/Executive Office of Elder Affairs <br /> The Director reminded the members the fall conference is from October 26, 27, and 28 at <br /> the Seacrest in Falmouth. She noted if any of the members wishes to attend some of the <br /> seminars to let her know. The list of seminars could be found on the MCOA website. <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg moved to adjourn,seconded by Ginny Jean Noussee <br /> Vote unanimous. 5-0 <br /> Meeting adjourned 9:55 a.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Judy Daigneault, Recording Secretary <br />
