n <br /> The previous RDA for the deck extension is revoked and you will not have a deck extension <br /> and there will be no fine. <br /> Update: Conservation camera images— Mashpee Police Department assistance — <br /> John's Pond Conservation Area <br /> The Agent sad they captured images on the conservation land. The police did catch the <br /> person moving a boulder and will be issued a fine for vehicular trespassing on conservation <br /> land. <br /> Update Briarwood Association (photos of mitigation work) <br /> The Agent contacted the attorney for Briarwood who contacted the President because the <br /> drainage swales that were created to drain the wetlands have never been addressed. The <br /> President said as part of this project they were waiting for the contractor to regrade the road <br /> then they will address the drainage swales. The Agent informed them they need to take <br /> care of the swales and they have done this and are now compliant. They will also take care <br /> of regrading the road. He noted they continue to have the right to mow the wetland twice a <br /> year as approved by the Commission. <br /> Discussion; Town Meeting Warrant article—Chapter 172 bylaw change. Bylaw <br /> review committee proposals <br /> The Agent stated there are housekeeping changes in Chapter 172 and he will submit them <br /> to the commissioners for their review. <br /> Discussionlupdate Koi Fish found in John's Pond <br /> The Agent spoke about a resident who noticed four to five koi fish near his dock and was <br /> worried because they can cause a problem over time. It was noted koi can breed very <br /> quickly and lay hundreds of eggs and because of their appetite if left unchecked, they could <br /> have an effect on water quality. Division of Wildlife is investigating. <br /> Motion: Mr. Shaw moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Anderson. <br /> Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> r <br /> 77" 11 <br />
