Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, August 16, 2016 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Committee Members Present: Jonathan Furbush, Joseph Cummings, and <br /> Michael Mendoza. <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> 61 Echo Road, 11, 1.084 acres <br /> Driscoll Cape 1969 LLC — request to build <br /> Electric Company's warehouse (4,500 sq. ft.) <br /> With front offices (1,500 sq. ft.) and second story <br /> storage area (approx...1,440 sq. ft.) <br /> Representative— Daniel W. Chamberlain, Esq.______ <br /> Attorney Daniel Chamberlain, Brendan Driscoll, and Katie Hallahan appeared. <br /> Mr. Chamberlain addressed the meeting and stated at last meeting the Plan was <br /> approved, subject to some conditions. He noted that: <br /> • They previously submitted a revised, updated landscape plan. <br /> • They've increased shrubs along the south side of the property along the <br /> road so rather than a few shrubs increased now to 8. <br /> • They increased the bed and added grass at entrance of the property. <br /> Also, have ground cover of perennials along south side of building facing <br /> the road. <br /> • Showed Plan for 2 signs—one to be wall mounted at center of building. <br /> The sign posted at entrance with street address number posted, as <br /> requested. <br /> • Provided a picture of front facing of building that shows added shutters, as <br /> requested at last meeting. <br /> The Committee reviewed the Landscape Plan. <br /> CONCLUSION: Jonathan Furbush motioned that Design Review approve, as <br /> submitted, the Plan for 61 Echo Road, 11, 1.084 acres, Driscoll Cape 1969 LLC — <br /> request to build electric company's warehouse with 4,500 sq. ft., with front offices <br /> (1,500 sq. ft.) and second story storage area approximately 1,440 sq. ft. Joseph <br /> Cummings seconded the motion; and the motion was passed by Design Review, <br /> with Michael Mendoza abstaining. <br />
