Mrs. Botsford stated that she did
not have a problem changing some of their many accounts to non-interest bearing, but that the
security deposit account has to remain interest-bearing and she would like to see the Money
Market accounts remain interest bearing as well. At this point, they are not recommending any
service changes for Mashpee (they had for Brewster and the board there declined it and will
move accounts to Cape Cod Five if necessary). A short discussion ensued and it was decided that
the board agreed and would revisit the subject when/if TD bank suggested further changes. Mrs.
Botsford will notify Mr. Dow of this.
b) Pet Policy_Update: Before the meeting Mrs. Botsford provided the board with a drafted change to
the Pet Policy.
