eqE <br /> Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, September 20, 2016 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Andrew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Rodney Collins, Town Manager <br /> John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> Tom Fudala called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. <br /> Southworth Mashpee Properties, LLC <br /> Willowbend Country Club <br /> Engineer– Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying <br /> Representative – Matthew Eddy <br /> Request– Modifications to Units #64, #62, and #46 <br /> Unit #64 location slide back– Units #62 and #46 <br /> Changed to 2 unit buildings – 12 space parking lot <br /> Location adjusted <br /> Matt Eddy appeared and said originally approved Plan was done in 2013. He showed the proposed <br /> Site Plan alongside Site Plan layout originally approved and explained proposed changes. He <br /> showed comparison of original footprint vs. proposed footprint. <br /> • Units #62 and #46—originally 2 floor condo buildings; now want to convert and make them 2 <br /> townhouse buildings. <br /> • Originally 40 units; now 36 units. <br /> • 3-story condo building—propose to slide back a little to give more clearance from golf fairway, <br /> so reconfigured parking slightly. <br /> • Exact same fire protection. <br /> Committee questions/comments <br /> Glen Harrington asked if parking removed because of driveway. Matt Eddy responded "yes", but <br /> buildings have driveway and parking garages. <br /> Jack Phelan asked if the fire alarm control panel will service the 2 buildings. Jack said the buildings <br /> should be tied to that control panel. Matt said he will check with the contractor on this point. <br /> Tom Fudala said 2 questions have been posed by the Building Commissioner—namely: <br /> 1. Any additional lighting for changed parking area? Matt Eddy said "no", same lighting as <br /> proposed. <br /> 2. How will snow be removed? Matt Eddy said they will be typical driveway; ample room for <br /> removing snow. <br />
