Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald <br />Bonvie, Dom DeBarros, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and <br />Norman J. Gould were present. Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza was also <br />present. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />Chairman Furbush announced that the hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br />The five regular Board members were sitting in on this continued hearing. <br />41 Greenwood Road: Owner, Ellen J. Harris requests a Variance to allow for a shed to <br />be placed less than one foot from the rear and side yard setback under §174-31 of the <br />Zoning Bylaws on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, and Popponesset Overlay <br />District, Map 117 Parcel 312, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from May 10, 2017 at the request <br />of the Board). <br />Ellen Harris and her husband, Mark Toomey returned as requested with a revised plan for <br />their proposed 6 ft. x 8 ft. shed which is now 3 ft. from the boundary line, 6 ft. from the <br />house and 17 ft. from the boundary line off Greenwood Road. The shed will be aligned <br />with the neighbor's shed but 3 ft. from the property line. The property is under construction <br />for their approved raze and replace project. <br />Mr. Bonvie read the Conservation and Board of Health comments into the record. <br />The Board had a brief discussion regarding the placement of the shed. There were no more <br />comments from the Board or audience. <br />Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance in the amount of 2.0 feet of the Northeast <br />lot line; the required setback is 5 ft. and the plot plan submitted depicts 3 feet.
