MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />,TUNE 14, 2017 <br />Attorney Kirrane said there is no second floor on this building. <br />Mr. Mendoza suggested that the handicapped parking space shown on the plan needs to be <br />moved in front of the office section of the building, and will also need to be revised on the <br />building plan. <br />Chairman Furbush asked Joao what types of businesses will be in the spaces and if they <br />will be renting them. Joao said they will be rented spaces, and there will be no landscapers <br />or builders. There will be no outside storage of construction material. <br />Attorney Kirrane said that he will return to the Board if there is a request for other uses <br />made for anything other than what is requested today. <br />Mr. Mendoza said a certificate of occupancy is required for each separate contractor bay if <br />the business use changes. He read the bylaw that depicts the type of uses. <br />Joao told the Board that he will install a bathroom in each bay but will not pour the floor <br />until he has tenants. <br />Board Member, Scott Goldstein asked if there will be a drainage system on the outside of <br />the building. Attorney Kirrane said that there will be a large drainage area installed that is <br />required by the State. <br />Chairman Furbush read the Board of Health, Conservation, and Inspection Department <br />comments into the record. <br />There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br />Vice Chairman, Bill Blaisdell made a motion to approve the Special Permit under § 174-24 <br />(C) and § 174-25 G (6) (14) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for the storage warehouse.
