Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Board <br />Members Ron Bonvie and Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and <br />Norman J. Gould, and Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner were present. Absent <br />was Board Member, Dom DeBarros. <br />Chairman Furbush announced this meeting is not televised. A representative from the <br />Mashpec Enterprise was present during the last half hour of the meeting. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Board Member, Ron Bonvie stated he read the meeting minutes dated March 23, 2016, but <br />will not vote on this hearing. <br />Sitting on this hearing are three regular Board Members and Associate Members, Norman <br />Gould and Brad Pittsley. <br />91 Edgewater Road: To discuss Conservation Memo. <br />The Board wanted confirmation that this meeting is legal without being announced to the <br />public and published in the newspaper. Mr. Mendoza stated he had spoken with Town <br />Counsel and that this meeting is considered a department -head meeting to discuss a specific <br />situation regarding a vote that was made at a previous hearing because the circumstances <br />could be changing. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a decision that the Board had <br />made. The Board will need to review the new information and then decide if any further <br />action is necessary. <br />Chainnan Furbush read a letter dated 3/4/16 from Conservation Agent, Andrew McManus <br />to Chairman Furbush into the record (assuming date should be 4/4/16) from Andrew <br />McManus, Conservation Agent describing the issues regarding the property located at 91 <br />Edgewater Road. <br />Mr. Bonvic read the letter dated 4/7/2016 to the applicant from Conservation Agent, <br />Andrew McManus into the record describing the issues at the homeowner's property. <br />
