Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Board Members Ron Bonvie and Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman J. Gould, and Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner were present. Absent was Board Member, Dom DeBarros. Chairman Furbush announced this meeting is not televised. A representative from the Mashpec Enterprise was present during the last half hour of the meeting. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE SPECIAL MEETING Board Member, Ron Bonvie stated he read the meeting minutes dated March 23, 2016, but will not vote on this hearing. Sitting on this hearing are three regular Board Members and Associate Members, Norman Gould and Brad Pittsley. 91 Edgewater Road: To discuss Conservation Memo. The Board wanted confirmation that this meeting is legal without being announced to the public and published in the newspaper. Mr. Mendoza stated he had spoken with Town Counsel and that this meeting is considered a department -head meeting to discuss a specific situation regarding a vote that was made at a previous hearing because the circumstances could be changing. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a decision that the Board had made. The Board will need to review the new information and then decide if any further action is necessary. Chainnan Furbush read a letter dated 3/4/16 from Conservation Agent, Andrew McManus to Chairman Furbush into the record (assuming date should be 4/4/16) from Andrew McManus, Conservation Agent describing the issues regarding the property located at 91 Edgewater Road. Mr. Bonvic read the letter dated 4/7/2016 to the applicant from Conservation Agent, Andrew McManus into the record describing the issues at the homeowner's property.
