MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />APRIL 27, 2016 <br />MINUTES <br />The new dock will not be extended any further than what currently exists. They are also <br />going to install a dingy storage rack to avoid the kayaks and dinghies being stored on the <br />salt marsh. Ms. Laurent did not realize that she needed to file with the ZBA, and will submit <br />a formal filing for the June 8, 2016 hearings and wanted to bring this project to the Board's <br />attention prior to the hearings and start construction as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Bonvie asked if a building permit would be required. <br />Mr. Mendoza stated that there is no Town bylaw that requires the building department to <br />issue building permits for docks. <br />Chairman Furbush wants the ZBA application to include the dingy storage rack. He doesn't <br />anticipate any issues as long as an application is submitted, <br />Mr. Norman J. Gould made a motion to approve March 23, 2016 and April 5, 2016 Meeting <br />Minutes. Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, <br />yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes. All were in favor. <br />Mr. Nonnan J. Gould made a motion to approve to cancel the ZBA scheduled public <br />hearings dated Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes, Mr. Furbusb, yes, <br />Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes. All were in favor <br />to cancel the hearings dated July 27, 2016. <br />Mr, DeBarros made a motion to adjourn. All were in favor.
