There followed an extensive discussion of Sewer funding. Staffing needs were discussed. Torn <br />Fudala suggested the need for a Sewer Commission Administrator, similar to Paul Gobell's <br />position, prior to his retirement in 2017. Selectman Gottlieb suggested that Tom prepare a job <br />description. <br />The board members were polled as to the issue of hiring an Administrator to the Sewer <br />Commission prior to his retirement in 2017. Tom stated his concern that whoever will assume this <br />position a be knowledgeable about wastewater planning and engineering, as well as contract <br />management. The Board members unanimously agreed to the wisdom of hiring an Administrator <br />soon, if nothing else, at least on a part-time basis. <br />* Aquagen report: Tom Fudala forwarded to the Sewer Commission board members. <br />* Signature of the Board of Acknowledgement of Receipt of Town Discriminatory Harassment <br />Policy has been received. <br />NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, June 16, 2016. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />As there was no further business, Tom Burns made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
