At the time verifying the location of the foundation for the house. <br /> With respect to waivers from local by-laws and regulations, the Board hereby decides <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. Required Lot Frontage is 150 feet, presented is 125.42 feet, required relief is <br /> 24.58 feet. "There's no relief required for side, rear or front. The lot size zoning <br /> requires 40,000 square feet, this project indicates 19,512 square feet, and relief <br /> is 20,488 square feet. The lot coverage is 7.7%. GRANTED. <br /> 2.
