The site was identified as appropriate for affordable housing in the Town of Mashpee <br /> Affordable Housing& Planned Production Plan, which has been approved by the Department of Housing <br /> and Community Development DH D . Voters at the October 21, 2013 Annual Town Meting approved <br /> the designation of this panels for the construction of single family affordable housing, anticipating that <br /> the development would be under the DHOD Local Initiative Program (LIP). The project has been <br /> referenced as an implementation tion of the goals and objectives of the Town's Comprehensive Plan <br /> Affordable Housing element. <br /> 132 Quinaquisset Avenue is a 9,276 square foot parcel. For Site and Architectural Plans please see <br /> Exhibit A, Site Plans, Exhibit B, Preliminary Architectural <br /> The lot is currently vacant, mostly level and wooded. It is located in a single-family residential area. 132 <br /> uinaquisset is set back off of Quinaquisset, it will be reached by access to be constructed by Habitat <br /> over the layout of Strawberry Avenue. Per request of the Mashpee Fire Department, the lot has been <br /> Warned with the ulna uisset address for safety andemergency response. Strawberry Avenue <br /> etween this lot and Quinaquisset Avenue is a `paper road"; it has been laid out but it has not been <br /> built. <br />
