Bridges at Mashpee (Entrance Sign) <br />462 Old Barnstable Road <br />Applicant — National Development, Samantha Gaiewski <br />Samantha Gajewski appeared and stated she was here about 2 weeks ago and has prepared signs <br />similar to what they had proposed several weeks ago. She said as a condition of their Special Permit <br />they are required to come before Design Review and eventually to Planning Board to get sign <br />approval. <br />• Sign is about 17 square feet. <br />• Will have down lighting, which she said is a Cape Cod Commission requirement. She said it <br />will have just enough lighting to illuminate the sign. <br />• Will be on timer. <br />The Committee noted sign does not have street number on it. Chief Rullo said they like address <br />visible. It was suggested to place street number at top upper right-hand or left-hand corner; should <br />be at least 4 inches; and be of reflective material. <br />Samantha Gajewski said they will add street number 462; and she will submit new signage to <br />Building Department. <br />MOTION: Jonathan Furbush motioned to approve entrance sign at Bridges of Mashpee, 462 Old <br />Barnstable Road, Mashpee, MA, Applicant — National Development, conditioned to approve new sign <br />rendering to be sent to Pat White, Building Department, will have the 4 inch reflective numbers on at <br />least one of the upper corners of the sign. Joseph Cummings seconded this motion; and it was <br />approved by Design Review. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Plan Review... Catherine Laurent motioned to approve the minutes of the Design Review and Plan <br />Review combined meeting of March 17, 2015 as presented. Thomas Rullo seconded this motion, <br />and it was approved by Plan Review, with Tom Mayo abstaining. <br />Design Review ..Joseph Cummings motioned to approve the minutes of the Design Review and Plan <br />Review combined meeting of March 17, 2015 as presented.
