Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br />Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br />Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br />Held Thursday, June 25, 2015 <br />Mashpee Town Hall — Waquoit Meeting Room <br />Design Review Members Present: Joseph Cummings and William Blaisdell <br />Plan Review Members Present: <br />Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br />Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner <br />Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br />John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br />Tom Fudala — Town Planner <br />Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br />Audience: Sam Houghton — Mashpee Enterprise <br />Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br />58 Echo Road <br />Sign approval — John Deere Landscapes <br />Free Standing Sigh and Wall sign <br />Representative — Anne Seminara <br />Since no one was present to represent the Applicant, Design Review members reviewed the <br />application. The free-standing sign stated to be 72" wide, 78" high ... thus, 39 square feet total and <br />within requirements. <br />Motion: Joseph Cummings motioned to approve the free-standing sign; William Blaisdell seconded <br />the motion; and it was passed by Design Review Committee. <br />The wall sign was reviewed; and there were no issues raised. <br />Motion: Joseph Cummings motioned to approve the wall sign on the building at 58 Echo Road; <br />William Blaisdell seconded the motion; and it was passed by Design Review Committee. <br />104 Falmouth Road <br />Cape Cod Custom Car Storage <br />Request to store RV's and Boats outside <br />Representative — Stuart Bornstein <br />Stuart Bornstein and Stephen Ide were present. Mr. Bornstein addressed the meeting and said he is <br />the General Manager and Stephen Ide is the manager of this facility. Mr. Bornstein said the first floor <br />of the building has automobiles; upstairs is self -storage. He said they get numerous calls from people <br />who want to put RV's and boats there. He is proposing to store boats and RV's outside. They don't <br />take real big ones to store. It is a gated area and they have over 50 cameras for monitoring. They are <br />replacing light packs with LED lighting—all low lighting. No plans for plantings—industrial zone. Tom <br />Fudala noted there was an approved landscape plan to be maintained. <br />
