Action Items
Leila Botsford reminded everyone about the Subcommittee that had been formed—namely, Dick
Terry, Zella Elizenberry, and LaVerne Williams—and of the key points that were drafted as
possible proposed presentations to the community to inform them what Mashpee Affordable
Housing Committee is all about. Leila asked everyone to look over the drafted key topics so that
the Committee can come up with a final version. Jamie Regan suggested this be done by our
next meeting (March) so we can get it to Town by April in time for Town Meeting. Jamie said
Tom Fudala should be contacted so he can provide numbers needed.
What are our plans? Zella Elizenberry will work on this topic for next meeting.
Why do we need your support? Louise Patrick will write this up.
Presentation to be made to the Selectmen. Consensus was that entire Committee should attend,
even though presentation done only by spokesperson(s).
UPDATES
Jamie Regan asked for an update on the Housing Trust. Leila said unfortunately there is nothing
to report at this point because they won't have a quorum to hold a meeting until April.
NEXT MEETING
Tuesday, March 5, 2002, at 7:15 p.m. in Town Hall Meeting Room 1.
ADJOURNMENT
Louise Patrick motioned the meeting be adjourned at 8 p.m.; this was seconded by Zella
Elizenberry; and was unanimously approved.
Respectfully submitted,
a —7
can Giliberti
Secretary
