Questions
Q ... Any Conservation issues?
A ... No wetlands. They are sensitive to environmental issues.
Q ... Time Table?
A ... First, cursory technical review by all necessary groups/departments; then they go to ZBA
hopefully by mid-May, if possible. Then start. They'd do apartments right away.
Q ... Can ZBA put in restriction to give preference to Town?
A ... ZBA can do something under local initiative. Also ZBA has some flexibility here.
Following discussion and the presentation, Louise Patrick motioned that the Affordable Housing
Committee support this project; this Motion was seconded by LaVerne Williams; and was
unanimously approved, with exception of Jamie Regan and Zella Elizenberry, who abstained
from voting.
Jamie Regan asked Leila Botsford for an update on Housing Trust interviews. Leila referred hien
to Lorri Finton since Lorri is handling this.
NEXT MEETING
Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at 7:15 p.m. in Town Hall Meeting Room 1.
ADJOURNMENT
LaVerne Williams motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:25 p.m.; this was seconded by Zclla
Elizenberry; and was unanimously approved.
Respectfully submitted,
an Jiliberti
ecretary
