`5 <br />Eric suggested that the Committee refer to the Falmouth Affordable Housing Plan density <br />guidelines as a good model for determining acceptable density. <br />e • <br />Homer to educate/get input from residents on Affordable Housing issues: <br />Alice suggests another forum to educate residents about 40B projects and other <br />affordable housing initiatives. <br />Zella suggests a daytime meeting for seniors in the community. <br />Louise suggests that there are a variety ofgroups (seniors, singles, couples, families and <br />abutters) who all have a specific interest in affordable housing initiatives, and that one <br />forum won't be enough to address all of these concerns. <br />Alice suggested a series of workshops to address the spectrum of interests regarding <br />affordable housing projects. A subcommittee will be formed to organize this. <br />Old Business <br />a, <br />Update ontand Transfer <br />Eric Smith has been in contact with Senator 'Leary's office track legislation through <br />Senate <br />b. <br />Review of changes to Accessory Apartment Article <br />John Cahalane raised concerns about section J of article. Shared his view that the <br />requirement is unnecessary and iArill discourage olArners from providing accessory <br />apartments. Other Committee members agreed. <br />Motion was made to delete item J from article.
