Smith <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:1 opr <br />pw RmineRs <br />a. <br />Two bidders have called to ask for more information about the RFP, but to date, none <br />have submitted bids <br />John C. asked if no one bids on a project, could the AHC solicit bias? <br />Eric reports that a list of bidders was mailed a notice from Ton Administrator Joyce <br />Dison about the RFP. Eric will find out if a bidder can be solicited from this group. <br />b. <br />Membership <br />No new information is available on membership <br />C. <br />Update n active and potential 40B projects: <br />lonie project remains speculative; "The Woods" site approval later has been filed, <br />"Lettie Lane" site approval letter has been filed, but project may be tied up in court due to <br />complications, Habitat project is in process, Mashpee Commons has not as yet submitted <br />anything, and llashpee Housing Authority has filed a grant application. <br />Other New Business <br />. <br />Housing Land Trust of Cape Cod has come to attention of AHC. Eric and perhaps Alice <br />ill attend a November 12 meeting for more information. <br />. <br />Eric passed out information about legislation modifying 40B in state legislature. Hand <br />out was briefly reviewed. <br />Old Business <br />. <br />Governor has signed Land Transfer bill! <br />. <br />Hoy to solicit input on housing issues from llashpee residents: <br />Barnstable County Resource Council reports there is money for community education <br />and outreach concerning housing needs. <br />
