I'll be at the meeting on the 18th to provide more details and <br />answer any questions. <br />Community Park <br />Project funds 100% expended. Project 98% complete (waiting for copper cap for pavilion). Balance <br />of costs will be paid through expense budget. <br />Archives <br />Project funds 100% expended. Project 100% complete. Historical Commission occupying building. <br />Great River Boat Ramp <br />Project funds 38% expended. Drainage in parking lot installed and binder course of paving <br />completed. Local permitting completed. Chapter 91 license and Army Corp of Engineers approval <br />pending. Per Waterways Commission meeting this morning with Town Manager, potential revision to <br />design being reconsidered. Decision will impact project budget and completion. <br />Attaquin Park <br />Project funds 90% expended. Project 98% complete. Playground equipment installed, additional <br />sand provided. May need to add more sand if settles. <br />John's Pond Beach <br />Project funds 38% expended. Top course of pavement completed prior to beach opening, <br />picnic/storage structure ordered. Installation of structure will be scheduled upon delivery in Fall <br />2015. <br />Santuit Pond Preserve <br />Project funds 0% expended. Survey of property underway. Once completed, parking lot will be <br />engineered and constructed. Work to be scheduled in Fall 2015. <br />Heritage Park <br />Project funds 0% expended.
