i <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />November 10, 2015 <br />Present: Richard Halpern, Burt Kaplan, Evelyn Buschenfeldt, Ed Larkin, <br />Mary Waygan, Frank Lord, Carol Sherman <br />Absent: Diane Rommelmeyer, Ralph Shaw <br />Attendees: Town Manager, Rodney C. Collins <br />Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Halpern at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br />MINUTES <br />Tuesday, October 13, 2015 Regular Session: <br />Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve the minutes of Tuesday, October 13, 2015 <br />as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Lord. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0-1. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Halpern, yes <br />Mrs. Buschenfeldt, yes <br />Ms. Waygan, yes <br />Mrs. Sherman, yes <br />Mr. Kaplan present. <br />Mr. Kaplan, absent for vote <br />Mr. Larkin, yes <br />Mr. Lord, yes <br />Opposed, hone <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br />Public Comment: None at this time. <br />Richard Halpern, Chair indicated the CPC would consider on this date, all agenda applications <br />proposed for the May 2016 Special Town Meeting. On December 8, 2015 the Community <br />Preservation Committee intends to examine the remaining applications under consideration for <br />CPA funding. Deliberations will take place after all information has been reviewed to form. <br />
