Commissioners Present: Rosemary Burns, Frank Lord and Gordon Peters Rosemary made a motion, and it was seconded, that we accept the Minutes of the December 13, 20103meeti ng as read. The first item for discussion was to accept the resignation of Chairperson, Lee Gurney. She had submitted a letter of resignation to the Board of Selectmen, .Joyce Mason, and us stating that she is resigning for personal health reasons. With appreciation for her years of service and regret, it was approved. Nancy Soderberg submitted her application letter to be a neva Commissioner on our Board, and it was accepted by the Board of Selectmen on Monday, July 1 1th. Rosemary roved, and it was seconded: that Nancy be approved. She has been appointed to a - year term, expiring onJune 30, 2014. Joan Tavares want has also submitted an application letter to the Board of Selectmen to be a Commissioner on our hoard. Her appointment will be voted on at the next meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Monday, August 8, 2011. Old Business The draft of the Final Report from PAL for the Mashpee Archaeological Survey has not yet been approved. Both Rosemary Burns and Tom. Fudala are working.on several corrections to be submitted to PAL before it can be accepted. The new fiscal year (Fly 201 2) begins in July, and the Commissioners were presented with a copy our new budget.
