2 <br />success in reward. Reward is connected to the Falcon 5 and student should be able to state <br />why they have an egg. PSIS kick off on Thursday. <br />Review of T1 plan of expected behavior, "Stop and Think" visual campaign. Lesson plans <br />will reinforce language of expected positive behavior that coincides with the Second Step <br />program. <br />Review of T2, T3 Interventions - ABC chart: Used to track trends of behavior over time in <br />attempts to provide Intervention to understand triggers. See ABC chart. Chart tracks the <br />antecedent to the negative behavior, the duration and intensity etc. KCC piloting a data <br />program next year. <br />PBIS is a 5 year roll out, year 1 is foundational and focused on internal support and basic <br />parent understanding of initiative. 1 st reward will'be tangible, majority of rewards will be <br />community building experiences (i.e. class picnic). <br />Drop off and Erick up: Review of current change for school year 2016-2017. <br />Proposed switch between bus drop off and parent drop off. Preschool drop off would be at <br />the current parent drop off, Arrows would be changed in the parking to allow for buses to <br />follow. <br />Pick up: parents pull up, students are brought to parent and the parent stays in the car, <br />Preschool would still go to the cafeteria. Concern of students backing up into the hallway, <br />which may be addressed by class lines, utilizing classrooms etc. Concern raised of enough <br />space for buses and cars. Mr. LaBelle will review with police.
