This would involve the removal of six trees and several bushes. 5 The Agent reviewed the plan provided which showed the existing vegetation. Everything that is being proposed is outside of the 50' setback from the coastal bank which is armored. The entire lot is land subject to coastal storm flowage and a buffer zone to a coastal bank. It meets the performance standards for activities within the buffer zone to coastal bank. The Agent recommended a negative determination. No comments from the public.
