A Position Vacancy Request was presented <br /> to the Board for approval of the job title Circulation Assistant; 19 hours per week. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve the Position Vacancy <br /> Request for Circulation Assistant to the Library as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Richardson,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Taylor,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes opposed,none <br /> Re u st to Attend rational Fire AcTom I ullo: <br /> Correspondence was received from Torn Rullo,Acting Fire Chief dated <br /> November 24,2013 requesting permision to attend the Nation l Fire Academy <br /> program for two wets from January 27,2014 to February 7, 2014. <br /> The request was withdrawn. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS: <br /> S ecial Events: The annual Christmas parade is scheduled to begin at 530 p.m. <br /> this Saturday starting at the Mashpee Library traversing through Mashpee <br /> Commons to South Cape Village. w <br /> ADA Committee: Selectman Sherman met with Bob woolridge and Chief <br /> Collins to discuss the misuse of handicap areas including handicap parting <br /> spaces. <br /> lash ee Cares: The Mashpee Cares group is continuing to grow, and it is making <br /> advances in preventative pros focusing on drugs in school, and the <br /> integration of the gun return program with Chief Collins and the Mashpee Police <br /> Department. <br />
