Mashpee Community TV <br />Dan Riley asked about the status of Mashpee TV/Town issue. Tom Mayo responded that there were significant <br />questions raised and there have been discussions held. <br />Control Room <br />Tom Mayo advised that there was an issue with the titler and David DelVecchio is going to speak with Peter <br />Zawadzki about it. Andrew Eliason mentioned that a while ago he spoke with John Gamache, who said he would <br />be available if need arises. Tom Mayo said they have 2 technicians working for Town to cover meetings and that <br />John is back-up. <br />Discussion <br />MCAT Board raised the questions: Is this Board still necessary? Could this Board call meetings, as needed? <br />Tom Mayo said Board absolutely needed since there are still cable funds to be allocated for Town use. Tom <br />checked with the Town Manager and said Joyce agreed MCAT Board could schedule meetings on an as -needed <br />basis. <br />ACTION ITEMS <br />• Andrew Eliason to invite Mary O'Keeffe to attend next MCAT Meeting. <br />• Tom Mayo to arrange with School IT Department representative to attend MCAT Meeting, <br />Next Meeting... l p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room. <br />Adjournment... Dan Riley motioned to adjourn the meeting; Lolita McCray seconded the motion; and the motion <br />was passed.
