Mr. Jack inspected the
property from the perspective of possible vandalism targets and has determined it best to remove
such items as the radon detector, scale equipment, fuel tank and pump, propane tank, generator
equipment and transfer switch. Regarding the fuel tank, Mr, Jack recommended replacing the
pump should the fuel tank be utilized for the future because the current one was very old. The
removed items will be stored at a storage facility in Falmouth. Professionals will be brought in
to disinfect floors, address the septic system and drain the water lines, Locks would be changed
and windows boarded, signage removed and the shed and site cleaned up.
