The Chair will communicate changes to Mashpee Counsel, distributing the draft to <br /> members in order to share with their Counsels. The issue will be further discussed at the next <br /> meeting or in March. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Discussion <br /> Chairman Laurent announced that she had received a call from Carter Hunt of <br /> MassDevelopment, inquiring about the facility. Mr. Hunt indicated that MassCoastal had <br /> expressed interest in utilizing the facility. MassDOT train cars were still being stored at the site. <br /> The Chair has attempted to contact MassDOT with no response. <br /> Chairman Laurent announced that Falmouth had submitted a letter indicating their interest in <br /> remaining on the Board to consider future use. The Chair inquired about updates regarding <br /> UCRTS employees and Mr. Jack stated that final notice had been provided. There was <br /> discussion about employee insurance. <br /> Ruth Brazier of Falmouth inquired whether there were plans to demolish the building at the site <br /> and the Chair confirmed that they did not plan to demolish the building. <br /> Future Agenda <br /> Rail Shortfall, IMA and Update on Feasibility Study <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> Wednesday, February 11, 2014 <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mr. Barrett made a motion to adjourn.Mr. Tilton seconded the motion.
