The mark-up
on the plan is to be brought to the developer.
ALL IN FAVOR: Unanimous.
Mr. Megathlin noted that in five months, a parking lot will be built near the Wicked Pizza. He
will keep ADA in the loop as development occurs. Also, there will be four handicapped parking
spaces near the new Walgreens. Read from the police department tomorrow.
Mashpee gps: Jim Vaccaro made sure there were specific handicap areas available and
enforced with Police presence. October Fest is coming up on the 10thlllth, and the person to
contact is Gus Frederick about handicap parking.
Warrant October.lyh Town Meeting- There is nothing pertaining to ADA that needs
reviewing. Dave Delvecchio will provide assistive devices for audio of warrant and closed
caption-like system. Terrie Cook and Wayne Taylor are reading for the warrant. Mert Saper is
going to follow up on large print for sight loss clients. TRIAD offers large print medical
information sheets. Also, large print menus would be helpful and useful.
