A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Ms. Allen to approve and submit the 4001 budget as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Nis#Allen t <br /> approve and submit the I R11P budget as presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> The board thanked Mr. Joy and he was excused. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT; <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on September 20,, 2012 were mailed to members before the <br /> meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr, Shackett to accept the <br /> minutes as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> RT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford mailed members her written reports for September and October and added the following <br /> report: <br /> • The warrants for signature tonight are for the months of September and October and total as <br /> follows: September: $31,584.46 for 4001, $6,312.00 for Section B, $17{664.00 for MF VP, <br /> $34,620.29 for Ashr`s Path Apartments and $9,046.88 for the Housing Assistance Program. For <br /> October: $24,169.36 for 4001, $6,312.00 for Section 8, $17,.431.00 for M VP, $60,138.46 for <br /> Ashers Path Apartments and $14,967.95 for the Housing Assistance Program. <br /> • We have all residents paid in full at Breezy Acres. we have one resident who hasn't paid at <br /> Homeyer Village and two at Asher"s Path. We are going to court with our Ash r"s Path resident <br /> nett week and the other will be served a notice to quit if not paid by weeps end. 1e have a <br /> court date for the Homeyer pillage resident in December. We are 100% occupied at Homeyer <br /> Village and have 2 vacant units at Asher's Path which will beth be rented in the next week. <br /> • we had our annul MHIC inspection last week at Asher's Path. There were no findings. <br /> • We have been notified by the State Auditor's office that our audit will Mart at the housing <br /> authority net weep . <br /> • Mrs. Botsford informed the beard that DHCD has issued a notice that she will now be required to <br /> report all board member attendance at meetings by filling out a report on DHCD's website. She <br /> provided them with a copy of Public Notice 2012-16— Board Meeting Attendance Confirmation <br /> • Mrs. Botsford informed the board that her computer hard drive crashed and the information was <br /> irretrievable, despite hard work by our I.T. provider, I edia. Luckily everything was backed up. <br /> Mrs. Botsford had to purchase a new computer for the authority and the backed up information <br /> was restored and we were up and running again in abort 48 hours. <br /> •. The Asher's Path budget for Fiscal Year 2013 was submitted to both MHIC and MHFA <br /> (MassHousing) <br /> • Mrs. Botsford reported that she arranged a mediation with the residents at Asher's Path who feel <br /> they have some issues that need to be addressed.
