Inspections will be scheduled
for March.
• The annual property management ent review by MassHousing is scheduled to be done at Asher"s
Path on March 7.
I conducted a confidential survey among Asher"s Patin residents regarding several issues. one of
the increasing problems vire are having with dogs at Asher"s Path. I am again going to remind
dog owners of their responsibilities and also meet with a group of residents to discuss possibly
clanging to a"no dogs" policy. I'll keep you posted.
The other popular question on the survey was whether or not residents wished for me to
recognize a tenant association (there has been an informal one, run by a handful of residents for
a couple years).
