t <br /> Perrine and Mr. Economos return to tete Committee in August to discuss in detail the initiatives of the <br /> project and how the Committee can assist in moving the request forward, possibly to the Affordable <br /> Housing Frust. Mr. Detschel inquired about the total ofMashpee funds needed and Mr. terrine <br /> responded that a local match was needed to offset the$10.4 million being requested for tax credits, but <br /> that there was no specific figure. local matching funds show local support for the project. <br /> Mr. Abbott inquired about The Community Builder's rejection of the high school tie in and Mr. Perrine <br /> responded that their flow was estimated at 28,000 gallons per`day. Mfr. Terrine further stated that the <br /> high school capacity was 10,000 gpd which would not offer sufficient capacity. Marie Stone, 'Tribal <br /> Council Secretary, recommended that Mr. Perrine spew with the llashpee wamang Tribal Council <br /> regarding the construction of their wastewater tr un nt facility, which mill be built oversized to <br /> accommodate other tie ins. Mr. Abbott recommended that Mr. Penrine also speak with the Sewer <br /> Commission and Mr. Perrine responded that he had been in contact with Torn Fudala regarding a <br /> future possible municipal system, but that Ma tepee Village would be in need sooner. <br /> Pr - e eloprnent Housing N ods Assessment& RPP Process,Karen Sunnarborg <br /> Karen Sunnarborg, recommended by Paul Ruchinskas at the Cape Cod Commission, was present to <br /> discuss the process of a needs-assessment. Ms. Sunnarborg noted that Chairman Trebat had provided <br /> her with various reference materials such as Mashpee's Production Plan and the surrey information. <br /> Ms. Sunnarborg noted the importance of identifying parcels that would be acceptable for affordable <br /> housing prior to moving on to the development of affordable housing. The Chair responded that 6-8 <br /> potential properties had been identified and were being researched further. IIs. Sunnarborg <br /> recommended that the neighborhood in which the properties sit would determine the type of <br /> development that would be wilt. Additional analysis of the properties, possibly using CPA or <br /> Housing Frust funds, could assist in identifyi <br />
