This rruaght <br /> include such incentives as donated laud, waiver of fees, relaxation of certain parking <br /> standards and assistance with wastewater collection and disposal requirements. <br /> 0 Collaboration is vital to insuring an adequate supply of affordable housing in a <br /> region, This task belongs to the Cape Cod Co mission, but its efforts are restricted to <br /> individual communities by the requirements of 40B. Given recent work in several <br /> other states, Mashpee should undertake an initiative to explore the provision of <br /> affordable housing through a fair-share regional approach. <br /> • Amend OSI1D and Commercial Center zoning to mandate 10% affordable housing <br /> and an allowable bonus calculation. <br />
