C <br /> Other New Business. <br /> Ron Bonvie a local Developer asks to speak with the group for a short while regarding <br /> the St. Vincent/Camp Vinhaven parcel at 759 Main Street. <br /> Ron told the group that he strongly supports Affordable Housing for the town of Mashpee <br /> and it was his intent to utilize the 90+ acre parcel to help meet our 10% mandated goal <br /> by the Commonwealth of Mass. <br /> He continued to describe the type of housing that could be proposed and built. This <br /> housing would include a diversity of housing types. (ex: apartments (affordable and <br /> market priced, single houses for first time affordable buyers, units for active adults, etc) <br /> Additionally, Ron spoke about his plans for open space, a buffer zone for the abutters, <br /> maintaining access to Mashpee/Wakey Pond for residents of Mashpee, compliance with <br /> the housing height restrictions,to l-mical studies that need to be done and the preparation <br /> of some visuals that could be used to give residents some idea of what the development <br /> might look like. <br /> These minutes are being submitted for your review and or changes where necessary. <br /> Please bring then to my attention at our next meeting. <br /> Thanks. <br /> Zella <br /> Minutes of March 4, 2003 Meeting Prepared by Z.
