Interested statistic found <br /> 67% were rentals and 33% were ownership. Also interesting were the need for one <br /> and two bedroom units. Curious to find what the percentage of families are moving <br /> out of Mashpee and why. <br /> ■ It was decided to wait until another 40B pro j ect presents before inviting RAC to <br /> explain-how a lottery works. <br /> Waiting to hear from Darrin weeds regarding appointment as AHC liaison. <br /> heapo Depot location and Mai Street development have not been looked at by <br /> hoard members as of yet. <br /> Deborah Battles of the Mashpee Housing Authority, discussed demographics of those <br /> utilizing affordable housing and what is available and for who. Looking forward to <br /> working together to help people of Mashpee. <br /> AGENDA.SUGGESTIONS <br /> Ms. Elizenberry suggested they invite Mr. Taylors Chairperson of the CPA to the <br /> January meeting to discuss correspondence from Ms. Gauthier. <br /> Would like to hear from Mashpee Housing Authority on their thoughts of the CPA <br /> meeting in Sandwich earlier this month as Ms. Elizenberry was not able to attend due <br /> to illness. <br /> NEXT MEETING,..Tuesday, December 6, 0o 5 at 7:00 p.m., Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Rev.
