Cynthia Green arrived at 7:40 <br /> Absent: Marty Henn <br /> Liaisons: Deborah Battles, Mashpee Housing Authority <br /> Darrin Weeks, Cape Cod Five Cent Savings Bare <br /> Guest: ]ion.Hickenson, Habitat for Humanity <br /> Meeting called to order at 725 p.m. <br /> Approval of October 4 Minutes. Julius Rosales motioned to ac - <br /> sept minutes of October - <br /> 4 2005, Cynthia Green seconded the notion.. The.minutes taken at the November 1 005 <br /> meeting will be considered comments due to lack of quorum, <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> Action Item: Ask Mr. Taylor, CPA Chairperson,to attend February ' <br /> � � �n�eet�ng instead <br /> of January meeting as it has been canceled due to holidays. <br /> Action Item.* Check with Selectmen office to see if newspaper ad has heedp laced <br /> for three membership openings. <br /> Action Item: provide Mr. Weeks with copy of Affordable Housing Plan. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> ' r.-Dickenson was asked to attend this meetingto give histhoughts r <br /> g �. eperti s e on <br /> innovative gays the Town of l ashpee can utilize finds and land in the most cost <br /> effective and simplest way,, <br /> He stated that his experience has been thatou meed to be creative in i ' <br /> �' to planing <br /> and building.
