Also, mentioned fire chiefs concerns. <br /> He felt they were not receiving state fundi tag. <br /> OTHER <br /> • Alice Lopez was motioned as Vice Chair by Marty. CyntWa seconded. All were 1n <br /> favor. <br /> • A fonnal hearing has been opened regarding the Mashpee Commons project. The <br /> Mashpee Commons project is official and will go forward. ZA meetings are at 1 pm <br /> the first Tuesday of every month and are open to the public. <br /> • The brochure was edited by John and revised by Zella. Zellap oke to the twn's <br /> printer and received a quote for brochure and letterhead. Brochure was approved with <br /> two colors. 1000 pieces will be ordered along With letterhead, which is within budget. <br /> Zella read a letter sunt to her by the Executive Director of Mashpee Housing <br /> Authority regarding the $200,000 county funds set aside. She will write a letter telling <br /> them they need to request the funds from the selectmen. It was discussed with John <br /> Cahalane that anyone could make a request and should do so immediately including <br /> letter of intent to use the funds.
