The owner is contributing a portion of his <br /> lot to Habitat for them to build on. The owner has signed a letter stating the <br /> contribution. Habitat will be going for another 40B for that lot and will be seeking the <br /> support of the eonn'rm'ttee in the not too{distant future. <br /> OT R BUSINESS <br /> • The committee will be going before the 1lashpee Housing Trust possibly in the fall for <br /> donation of a a parcel of land at the corner of Lovell Street and Old Barnstable Road. <br /> • The committee has been granted TAP funds from the CPC for Technical Assistance <br /> Program for development. The committee will conduct an avisitability study on the <br /> Lowell Street and Old Barnstable Toad parcel. Zella has received the contract, signed <br /> then, and sent them with copies for the committee, Town Planners Office, and <br /> Selectman's office. The con.nittee needs to do a fever things before the funds are <br /> released. Charlotte is investigating the deed. Zella is trying to get on Conservation <br /> omnttee's agenda as a courtesy because they-are the custodian's of town property. <br /> • The selectmen reappointed all cottee members up for reappointment. <br /> • A motion was made for the following people to be Chairman, Co-Chair, and Clerk by <br /> Cynthia. Alice seconded. The motion was in favor and cam* d. Zella was reelected <br /> Ch an, Alice Lopes will remain sCo-Chair, and Julius Rosales will be the clerk. <br /> Responsibility of clerk was verged as the person who would perform all secretarial <br /> duties. However, the committee has a secretary so the clerk will perform those duties <br /> for those times the secretary is not available. It was, also expressed at this time, how <br /> much Damn's attendee is appreciated by all. <br /> I <br /> • Cynthia Will not be at the August meeting. <br /> AGENDA SUGGESTIONS <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Woodridge to speak regarding avisitability and accessibility. <br /> • June minutes will be approved at the August meeting. <br />+ Rev. Cynthia Green made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Julius Rosales seconded the <br /> motion, and the motion was carred.
