Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on October 11, 2007 were presented. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr, Har ch to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual andNarrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the bank account <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> fourth month of the-fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. <br /> Accounts Pa_yabie :+ Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for the 001 account, MRVP account, and <br /> Section account were presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: For <br /> October 11, 2007 through November S, 2007: $17,719.79 for 4001, $6,014.00 for Section S, and <br /> $14,,246.00 for M RVP. <br /> Rent Delin wend s: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents have been paid in full at Horne er Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. We are at 100% occupancy at Breezy Acres, but still have a vacant unit at Horneyer <br /> Village. The flooring in the unit has been replaced and I-ve interviewed the next applicant on the waiting <br /> list. I'm waiting for references and a CORI check. We just received notice that another Horne er tillage <br /> tenant is moving out(into a nursing home) on November 30, so we will have another unit turnover. A <br /> notion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Halpern to accept the treasurers <br /> report as presented. The nation was adopted* <br /> EXECUTIVE DI RECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the months of October and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as <br /> follows: <br /> • The town has required that fencing be put up in form of the area where the new septic system at <br /> Breezy Acres was installed. we've acquired three quotes and have made arrangements for the <br /> lowest bidder to install it for $418-00 <br /> • Yve changed the Ashees Path account to the Pooled Plus Money Market Account. It will now be <br /> earning 5/13% A Y. <br />
