CPA (Community Preservation Act ugdateJRepgrt.from liaison: Mr. Halpern stated that they haven"t met in some time, but will be meeting next Tuesday. Mrs. Botsford stated that she will be there to review the housing authority's applications for CPA funding to resubmit for Phases I, II, and III of the Housing Assistance Program. MM U I ATI 1 RRESP N DE[ E: Mrs. Botsford mentioned that she had forwarded the assNAH o newsletter and just wanted to point out that there were two pages this month dedicated to board member responsibilities. She provided a copy to all board members. After a brief discussion, it was decided that the next regular meeting would be scheduled for Thursday, December 6,, 2007 at 5:30 PSI instead of December 13. Mrs. Botsford will send a notification to torn hall. A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by T1s. Garron to adjourn. The motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 P.M. We have one unit vacant, which I expect to be rented by raid-November. Br� Acres/705: we are at l00% occupancy but have one tenant who has not paid her rent in full. 1 --Day Notice to Quit was seared. Misc.: • The budget was not approved by DHCD as submitted. I have been talking with Torry Joy to discuss our options and how to approach. I expect to have a new proposal ready for our board meeting, along with a letter to DHCD, which should be signed by the chair. • According to Peabody Properties, as of October 31., 2007 55 of the 56 units are rented at Asher's Path. 33 of the 55 tenants were Mashpee residents before moving in. • The opening of the three bedroom waiting lists for MRVP Project Based and 7g /Breezy Acres has been approved by DHCD for effective November 19, 2007. Advertisements will run in the Cape Cod Tires and the Enterprise, as required. • The monthly MRVP/AHVP/DMH reports were submitted. -. • The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. AHVP Vouchers: We have 1 AHVP voucher. RV P Vouchers(mobile); Currently we have 13 voucher holders in Mashpee. RVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 35 PB Vouchers leased. DH 1 Program: we currently have 3 leased. Section : We currently have 11 Housing Choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. - 3-
