Mr. Brody questioned the status of May's Warrant Article 1 I <br /> and Selectman Richardson responded that he would be in.contact with more information. <br /> Selectman Richardson also described the recent Planning Board decision to allow affordable <br /> housing despite the existence of 40B. Mr. Abbott suggested adding a discussion of 40B and the <br /> possible zoning bylaw change onto the next agenda. <br /> Schooner Lane Affordable Housing Unit Status <br /> Selectman Richardson reported that a letter had been received from Chairman Trebat and the <br /> re vest has been added to the agenda for the next Board of Selectmen meeting on November <br /> 15 Cape Cod 5 is willing to delay foreclosure proceedings pending the results of the meeting. <br /> Selectman Richardson anticipates that the Affordable Mousing Trust Will convene soon after the <br /> Board of Selectmen meeting.
