Robert DeLory pointed out that the Property <br /> Record Card should have owners Unknown listed as the owner; <br /> however , Grafton Associates probably receives the tax bills <br /> because its name has been documented by Assessing ' s records. He <br /> further pointed out that Mr, Baxter , an ostervi l.le surveyor,, who <br /> came into Assessing and was helped by Denise, probably is one of <br /> many owners of the subject parcel . <br /> Upon recommendation from Chairman Greig, The Board decided <br /> to hold this matter until David Bailey returns from vacation. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Mash ee ' s New l h School - the Board' s Adverse Find <br /> Chairman Greig informed that the Falmouth Enterprise did <br /> publicize The Board of Assessors ' article- on Its adverse findings <br /> in regard to the proposed building of a new high school ; The <br /> Board received many comments on the article. Be expressed <br /> opinion that other newspapers also should publish this and future <br /> pertinent information on the matter. He feels that the present <br /> budget estimation far exceeds the figures in the article by <br /> Mr. Al Polsi, President of the Mashpee Taxpayers Association, <br /> that was previously published. Board Members expressed <br /> M agreement, short discussion followed. ' <br />
