BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> at 6 : 30 p.m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of June 7 , 1994 <br /> Chairman Porter referred to Page 3 , Paragraph 4 , sentence 1; <br /> e pointed out that the word "Spit" should be added t "the only <br /> way to develop Popponesset" . <br /> Chairman Porter also referred to Page 4 , Paragraph ; h <br /> pointed out that "E B" is incorrect and should be corrected to <br /> read "E v" <br /> ,ha.irman Porter also referred to Page 4 ,, Last Paragraph, <br /> Sentence 1 ; he pointed out that "RFBI' is incorrect and should be <br /> corrected to read "RFP" . <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The <br /> Meeting of June 7 , 1994 as amended; Robert DLory made second the <br /> motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were <br /> accepted by The Board as amended. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Ev Results <br /> Chairman Porter referred to a letter- from the D.O.R. ; he <br /> questioned the status of this matter. David Bailey informed that <br /> he has not yet been able to arrive at the final figures . Full <br /> discussion of this issue took place during the June 7th Assessors <br /> Board Meeting, <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Board of Assessors Summer Meeting schedule <br /> Chairman Porter informed that Board Members would like to <br /> hold the regular Board Meeting every other week because of the <br /> limited amount of work in Assessing. Discussion followed. <br />
