The letter cited The Board ' s <br /> opinion that the parcels bordering Route 151 and Old Barnstable <br /> Road would far better be utilI ed for commercial property rather <br /> than residential ; the high traffic conditions encourage only low <br /> cost housing . . . of which Mashpee has an ample supply . The <br />' high traffic area and high visibility to Route 151 enhances <br /> commercial use. The Route 28 property follows the same scenario. <br /> The Route 130 site is not a major consideration either way: <br /> however, The Board finds nothing objectionable about the proposed <br /> change . <br /> Vice Chairman L eLory initiated lengthy and lively <br /> discussion . David Bailey recommended that Board Members continue <br /> discussion of the rezoning issue further during the next clay or <br /> two. Board Members expressed agreement. <br />
