Murphy also stated that <br /> improvements to the land, but not structures, such as the golf <br /> course, are not taxable. Mr. Balley pointed out that Mashpee <br /> does assess many golf courses at several hundred thousand dollars <br /> per hole. Lengthy discussion followed.'
